Maranatha Properties for Sale
Maranatha Bible & Missionary Conference has existed for over seventy years providing God-honoring, Christ-centered recreational opportunities along with Bible teaching and Missions emphasis. We minister to vacationing families in the summer and retreat guests throughout the rest of the year. We also have approximately 100 families who have summer homes on our 88 acres of grounds on Lake Michigan. These families own their homes (condo, cottage or mobile home) and lease the land they reside on from Maranatha.
Maranatha Bible & Missionary Conference “MBMC” is a non-profit religious organization which exists to further its faith-based purposes for our members and guests. All property owners of dwellings sited on the MBMC grounds are required as a condition of their on-going leases to publicly affirm their shared belief in Maranatha’s Statement of Faith, Code of Conduct and Member in Good Standing requirements. In addition, all prospective owners must undergo a membership process prior to approval for lease-holder status. As such, like-minded MBMC residents exercise their constitutionally protected right to associate and freely exercise their faith and welcome all who have a sincere desire to do the same.
